As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales from both large/medium media agencies, and global brands on the UK market.

For this role you have to:

  • Identify sales opportunities in the UK within Freespee's core target audience: advertisers and media agencies
  • Close new business deals with advertisers and agencies
  • Understand complex organizations, and approach relevant decision makers wisely
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with Search, Trading, and Data Management departments within media agencies
  • Inspire and convince marketing directors within global brands' organizations
  • Adapt your approach when presenting, based on good qualification process and solid understanding of prospects' needs
  • Work closely with Clients Services Team to ensure proper handover as soon as client is signed
  • Stay constantly aware of the digital media environment evolutions in order to best serve Freespee's objectives and adjust sales approach accordingly

Desired skills and experience

  • 3-4 years of digital sales experience, preferably within highly technical environments
  • Proficient in face-to-face sales and cold calling
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and digital advertising trends
  • Strong knowledge in data-driven digital advertising solutions (PPC and Display RTB)
  • Strong experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media specific industry
  • Established relationships and presence within the media marketplace
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and ability to promote and sell concepts to representatives, agencies, and customers

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. As the PM for Freespee Apps, you will be responsible for working on the Application design, planning & prioritizing sprints, defining the product roadmap & vision and specifying out new features and product enhancements.

At Freespee, marketing and ecommerce professionals are our customer and your mandate is to focus on their needs and bring the right Freespee Apps to the market. To do this you will need to work with engineering, product marketing, sales and customer support to launch new Apps and evolve existing ones. You will own your products from both a technical and business perspective.

Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship quality product in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to be able to work and communicate across the organization at all levels. It is particularly important that you have experience working directly with customers and engineers.

  • Own the entire business reporting area, focusing in particular on typical SaaS and subscription based business metrics

Cloud Operations Engineer

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Freespee you will work in a small, high-end team devoted to our core platform. You will need to have indepth understanding of Linux server administration, networking and key services running on both virtualized and non-virtualized platforms. As we are just in the process of moving from our own data centers into various cloud providers, we believe that you've undertaken the same transition before.

You love to monitor and tune servers and services and you do not leave loose ends hanging around. If needed, you will probably even debug Open Source software and contribute to their projects in order to resolve issues.

Part of your responsibilities will also be to aid our Development team, researching and proving server and platform solutions to help them get high-availability and the best possible performance out of our product.
