Sales Manager

(London, UK)

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales from both large/medium media agencies, and global brands on the UK market.

Freespee’s offer to Agencies and Advertisers consists of a set of applications enabling them to optimize online advertising spend in real time, based on calls data they are most likely missing.

For this role you have to:

  • Identify sales opportunities in the UK within Freespee's core target audience: advertisers and media agencies
  • Close new business deals with advertisers and agencies
  • Understand complex organizations, and approach relevant decision makers wisely
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with Search, Trading, and Data Management departments within media agencies
  • Inspire and convince marketing directors within global brands' organizations
  • Adapt your approach when presenting, based on good qualification process and solid understanding of prospects' needs
  • Work closely with Clients Services Team to ensure proper handover as soon as client is signed
  • Stay constantly aware of the digital media environment evolutions in order to best serve Freespee's objectives and adjust sales approach accordingly

Desired skills and experience

  • 3-4 years of digital sales experience, preferably within highly technical environments
  • Proficient in face-to-face sales and cold calling
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and digital advertising trends
  • Strong knowledge in data-driven digital advertising solutions (PPC and Display RTB)
  • Strong experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media specific industry
  • Established relationships and presence within the media marketplace
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, and ability to promote and sell concepts to representatives, agencies, and customers
  • The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset, and prove exceptional at relationship development
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • BA or BS degree
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically. Additional European languages is a plus.

German speaking Account Manager

(Uppsala, Sweden)

As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate closely with both large and medium sized agencies, as well as global brands. Your relationships will be towards Search departments, Data Management departments, and Account Management on the agency side, as well as Marketing Directors on the advertiser side.

Your mission is to help your accounts to see and use the full value of the Freespee platform. You will get responsibility for newly signed customers and partners as well as existing. To grow these accounts you need to work in a structured way taking them step-by-step in the process. You should quickly be able to build a deep knowledge in how the Freespee platform works and also around the customer’s everyday way of doing business.

Among your many attributes, you are persuasive, gregarious, self-going and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. You need to be analytical and enjoy deep diving into statistics to find patterns and optimisation possibilities.

You possess excellent communication skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business.

If you have experience selling and managing in Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Pay Per Click Advertising, Local or Social Media and have done so successfully for more than 3 years we may have a position for you. For this role you have to:

  • Proactive business development with leading, medium sized media and even small media agencies, as well as global brands.
  • Collaborate and consult with these agencies with the goal of expanding relationships to increase and optimize the investment of the agencies' clients.
  • Analyze data trends and agencies' client performance, develop solid strategic business plans to help them develop their use of the Freespee platform.

Desired skills and experience

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience as a buyer or in sales, with three or more years PPC and SEM management strongly preferred.
  • Understanding/experience of SaaS (Software as a Service) and ideally ad-serving platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong understanding of digital media platforms and digital advertising trends.
  • Excellent project-management and time-management skills with proven ability to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of PPC & SEM, marketing strategies.  Strong knowledge of all other digital products.
  • Strong experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.
  • The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset and prove exceptional at relationship development.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently. Other European languages are considered a great addition!
