Freespee API
Our customers use Freespee's open API to build a telephony component into their advertising networks. Imagine being able to control an entire telecom network, with thousands of radio towers, switches and generators through an open Web API. Your developers would be able to create applications to prove the value of your advertising network, even for transactions made over the phone. It is a fully featured read/write API.
Freespee Analytics
Freespee Analytics is our turn-key web application that allows you to track your calls, analyze the traffic and optimize the revenue for you and your customers in real time. If you have your own dashboard for your advertisement network, you use Freespee API to publish information from phone call campaigns in your own dashboard.

Phone numbers are a limited source, and everything that is limited comes with a cost. To track massive amounts of advertisements to monetize all generated calls, you need sophisticated number allocation algorithms.
Visual Voicemail
Visual voicemail lets you connect a unique voicemail account to an entire campaign, or all the way down to an individual advertisement. Voicemails are displayed graphically in the web interface, so they are faster to listen to and process. You can also comment on the voicemails and share them with your colleagues.
Geo Targeting
Perform geographic segmenting of the customers who choose to call your advertisers. An IP address actually doesn't have a geographic "home", which is why a geographic web analysis can be less than helpful. A telephone number is often geographically identifiable, as are mobil phones, thanks to national telephone registers. There is no comparable system for IP addresses.
SMS notification
Help your advertisers convert all incoming calls into transactions. An SMS is on average read by the receiver within two minutes.
E-mail notifications
There are many user groups among our partners who prefer to be notified by email, or by both SMS and email. More information can be added to an e-mail to help the advertiser to make a quick decision.
Dynamic Lifecycle Control
Phone numbers cost money and are a limited resource, just like IP addresses. Freespee's methods for controlling a number's life cycle become more sophisticated for every phone call made through our system. Freespee has a life cycle algorithm for phone numbers that is being adjusted over time as the algorithm retrieves more statistics.
Real-time reporting
Everything happens immediately with Freespee. You can monitor the phone traffic in real time via the web application Freespee Analytics, or you can extract it to your own system using Freespee's API.
Time of day targeting
Learn about your visitors' behavior. At what time of the day are they most receptive to different kinds of advertisements? Should different phone call campaigns be shown at different times of the day to maximize the number of calls and the revenues?
Text-to-speech
Text-to-speech is a tool to make it easier for your advertisers to build voice-based campaign messages or greeting phrases for voice mail. A text message is converted into a voice message by a synthetic voice.
Caller blocking
In order to maximize the value of what an advertiser is prepared to pay for an incoming lead, the leads must be of high quality. One such quality parameter is to eliminate incoming sales calls made to the advertiser. Help your advertisers block incoming calls from sellers, since they really want calls from customers.
Whisper messaging
Whisper messaging is a voice message that is played for anyone who makes or receives a call, before the call is put through. Whisper messaging can be used to strengthen a brand or to publicize current campaign offers to increase sales.
Single use numbers
By letting a phone number be valid for only one single phone call, a tracking session for that user, which starts online, can continue completely uninterrupted. A call from a cell phone can be linked to a specific user's IP address. As single use numbers identify an individual, they can also be used for phone-based login by your clients.
Toll Free Phone Numbers
Enables your advertiser to provide its customers with free telephone contact. It is not always the case that a toll-free number leads to a maximization of the number of leads, but in many markets it can also create a feeling of uncertainty with the customer, since the number doesn't have a local connection. Freespee has statistics from 14 countries and more than 7000 area codes on what works best for you and your advertisers.
Dynamic number allocation
Dynamic Number Allocation is a part of Freespee's API, in which a number is presented after a mobile user has clicked on an advertisement or on a number. This can be used in display as well as text advertisements.
End-Customer Dashboard
The web application Freespee Analytics enables you to invite your advertisers to a protected account, where the advertiser can see extended information, including privacy-protected information that may only be shown to the receiver of a call. This enables your advertiser to link a registered transaction in the CRM system to an individual phone call.
Call management Control Panel
In the web based Freespee Analytics tool, you can centrally manage your advertisers and their individual call campaigns. You can create Freespee accounts for your colleagues and invite your advertisers to secure customer account views. You can set rules for notifications and reporting per individual campaign.
Source based number allocation
With a Freespee javascript on your advertisers web site, you can analyze how a user arrived at an advertisement, clicked through it and chose to pick up the phone and make a call. This is purely an analysis tool that is not affected when a user occasionally clears the web browser from tracking cookies.
Repeat Call Filtering
What is a repeated call worth for your advertiser? Does the repeated call concern a second transaction or just a follow-up question? Build your own set of rules that shows the quality of the call.
Voice Publishing
With Voice Publishing, your advertisers can easily record a new whisper message, in the form of a campaign message or a greeting phrase. The advertiser simply makes a call to its own advertisement. Could it be any simpler?

Geographical numbers
Local advertising is best made with local numbers. Freespee's statistics shows that a local geographical number practically always generates 50% more leads than a phone number with no local connection. Alternative numbers
For each call source you can set alternative response numbers for different time per day. For example, you can set a different number for weekends and outside office hours, or redirect the calls to Visual voicemail.
Notes
Missed or received calls and voicemails can include notes about the each lead, and several users can comment on the leads in order to efficiently share the work and make sure each lead get responded to.
