If you, at any time, upload or post user material, including but not limited to comments, suggestions, problem reports, and design opinions on the website, you automatically give, regardless of any rights or obligations governed by the additional conditions, Freespee a non-exclusive, royalty-free permanent license for all rights worldwide to use, edit, modify, include, adapt, record and reproduce the user material, including and without limitations for thereby related brands, in all ways, with or without a context, in all languages, in all currently existing and future media, and to use the user material in advertising and marketing for the website, and for Freespee's and its products and services, in all currently existing and future media. The order reports should be regarded as the property of Freespee. You shall inform Freespee of all known or suspected unauthorized users of your telephone number, or all known or suspected security infringements, including loss, theft or unauthorized use of your password. You are responsible for protecting your password so that it is not disclosed.
All fraudulent, offensive or otherwise illegal activity may comprise reason for termination of your account/phone number at Freespee's own discretion, and you may be reported to the police.
Administrative information
This website is governed and managed by Freespee. Freespee makes no pledges that the material on this website is appropriate or available for use in your town. The individuals who choose to visit this website from another place do so at their own authority and are responsible for adhering to local laws, to the extent that local legislation applies.
Compensation
