Get more out of Adobe Analytics with Freespee

Enabling this integration streams Freespee's visitor-level data into Adobe Analytics, displaying conversations as events. Use this data to enrich your knowledge of your customers, in order to measure the revenue impact of conversations.

How It Works

  • When a customer arrives on your site, Freespee captures and records the Adobe Analytics visitor ID
  • At the same time, Freespee serves the customer a unique telephone number
  • When a call is made Freespee attributes the phone number to the Adobe visitor ID and passes this conversion back to Adobe Analytics
  • The conversion data is now available to view in your Adobe Analytics account and you can use to measure the influence your digital marketing activity has on offline conversions

What Freespee Send

  • VisitorID/MarketingCloudVisitorID
  • Information if a call was answered or not
  • Information if a call was qualified or not
  • Lead value (if applicable)
