Freespee makes it easy to pass your customers call conversion data into AT Internet

By enabling this integration Freespee will automatically feed AT Internet with call metrics and calls will show up as Events. With this information you will be able to bridge the gap between your customers digital journey and offline conversations. To utilise this app you have to use the AT Internet first-party cookie setup.

How It Works

  • When a customer arrives on your site, Freespee captures and records the AT Internet visitor ID
  • At the same time, Freespee serves the customer a unique telephone number
  • When a call is made Freespee attributes the phone number to the AT Internet visitor ID and passes this conversion back to AT Internet
  • The conversion data is now available to view in your AT Internet account and you can use this to measure the influence your digital marketing activity has on offline conversions

What Freespee Sends

  • Call date and time
  • Whether the call was answered or not
  • Call value
